Hornets Win Against ISU

First of all, the crowd was behind the team all night long, and I think that helped out. I know the guys have worked all year and listening to Coach Katz. The system he and his staff have put it worked pretty much as it should have last night.

Eller and Adams were just beasts. You knew that Leath was going to his 23 points, but Randy stepped up with 15 points (standing 'o from me) and Justin had a great overall game with 12 and 12. Hit clutch free throws when we needed to.

The one thing I was disappointed in was how we let up in the second half offensively. It obviously worked well in the first half, the fast pace, but the Bengals had no answer for it. Then we started to play the spread, which in time, when Katz gets all the guys he wants, is going to be real fun to watch for a full 40 mintues.

Anyways, what a wonderful win last night. Now lets get UNC!

Go Hornets!!!

Awesome game! And so great for the fans, the boys, and Coach Katz. I'm very happy for these guys, they needed a turn around, and we might see a few more wins...who knows? No one thought they would win another game! I think we can do it!

I don't know what the excitement is about. NJIT we are not. Besides, Katz is an outstanding coach. The wins are bound to come.

Glad to see the Hornets get a win!! Also, Im glad my team was able to escape without a loss.

WSU's coach said Sac played a great game and it wasn't Weber taking a night off. He said he thought Sac would beat ISU after the game....

I would love to see Sac have a chance at getting in the conf tourney or at least start playing well together with all those new players and be ready for next season, good luck in the next couple games.

Don give up hope, Eastern Washington, NAU, and now even Montana State are in a slump right now, If Sac can get a few road wins, and win their remaining home games, I can see them go in as the 6th seed.
