Seriously... I'm curious.

The only thing worse than that... try devising a fair and COST-EFFECTIVE way of reorganizing the structure and getting playoffs out of it. The only thing I've ever really reached is some sort of promotion / relegation system that requires some money for travel (even if done regionally, which I'm keen on), and will likely never meet with approval from television networks.
