Im from WWU in the GNAC and just want to thank VikThunder for his support in our battle to keep football at Western Washington University. We could use and appreciate all the support we can get.

Iowa fan, eh? My school, WYOMING, played the Hawkeyes in the 1987 Holiday. Shoulda won too! Had a 19-7 lead in the fourtn quarter and we blew it!!!!!

I remember watching that game on TV. It was the year that I moved here. Those Holiday Bowls were always a wild ride. I miss that Big Ten tie-in but many of the Pac Ten/Big 12 games have been good too.

I miss the WAC tie-in as well back when it was the REAL WAC (aka the current MWC) not the junk WAC nowadays.
