How does the seeding work this year?

If I understand correctly, Eastern needs just a split this week to secure the #1 seed and regular season conference championship, despite the fact we split with Southern Utah and they also only have two losses in conference play. They can't catch us- even if we somehow lose one of two to Idaho State- due to the fact they have two fewer wins.

Strangely, very little info has trickled out. I suspect it's because no one in the media really understands it either.

Goes by winning % in conference games only because of canceled games.
Each team has 2 losses.
If EWU and Southern Utah win out EWU gets it 13 to 12 wins...so EWU GETS IT barely.

You’re right. I didn’t realize Southern Utah had four games still on deck. I thought they only had two. So, in theory, barring Southern Utah dropping games, Eastern needs to win both with Idaho state.

I hope they do not look past IDAHO STATE...nothing is a gummy.
Tough to get a read on like opponents too.
Both split vs. Northern Colorado.
Both beat Idaho..(shocker)
We beat NAU the one time we played. They beat them both times.
They have had 8 conference games canceled...us only 5.
