How's the team looking?

Can anyone give an update on the team so far? Seems like a new era post Venky Jois.

I don't know enough about basketball to answer this question even if I'd seen the team play a bit. The one thing that sticks out to me is that we don't have a lot of big guys. Most of our guys are more of a 6'7" power forward type with a strong build. It seems like Hayford doesn't think big, tall guys fit the concept all that well. We almost always seem at a size disadvantage and try to compensate by being faster and better shooters.

Well, for comparison Montana has nobody over 6'8" and smaller guards than the EAGS. I am interested in seeing how Jacob Wiley 6'7" senior transfer looks. One thing we can count on is this team can drain the 3. I would expect that they are near the top in the nation for 3 pt. conversions.
