• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.
  • Hi Guest, want to participate in the discussions, keep track of read/unread posts and more? Create your free account and increase the benefits of your eGriz.com experience today!
  • Guest, do want an ad free experience on BigSkyFans.com among other benefits? Upgrade your account today!

Simply click your profile name > account upgrades > BigSky Club > choose between the year long subscription (two free months) or month to month

Thanks for the continued support. Cheers!

I sure do hope...

The guys you want are Ramos, Curry, Casas, Rastatter or Bill Kennedy. If you go to statsheet.com and look up the Big Sky officiating roster, those are the guys who are good enough to work in other, better leagues. Ramos works in 7 difference conferences, but 32 percent of his games are PAC-12. Curry works a third of his games in the Big Sky, and 28 percent in the Mountain West. (He was in the Big Ten for awhile, but must have been dropped by them as he's working almost exclusively in the West again this year). Casas works 20 percent of his games in the Mountain West, Rastatter 38 percent in the PAC-12 and Kenney 25 percent in the PAC-12 and 15 percent in the WAC. (Personally, I think Kennedy has seen better days -- I saw him on his way up to the big time, and I think we're watching him on his way down).

All of the rest of the Big Sky officials work primarily in the Big Sky, or in the Big Sky and one or two other, comparable leagues, like the Great West, WCAC or Big West. Some of the younger guys may be on their way up and worth getting in a big game, but some won't ever make it past the Big Sky level.

The last people we want to see tonight is Casas and Curry, they are terrible.
