Idaho State vs Portland State Thread

Given our remaining schedule I would say the following is possible:

Probable wins: Idaho State, Northern Idaho

Possible win: Montana State

Could go either way: Montana

Probable loss: Weber State

Any disagreements?

I'd say that's spot on.

We would probably beat Northern Idaho if they had a football team. ;)

Yeah the above sounds about right

Oops.....meant Northern Colorado, but I think y'all knew what I meant.

Now lets see if PSU can get some games down here in Texas.

Yes, I think Montana State should be in the probable loss category. Otherwise, I agree.

By the way, is it basketball season yet?

ISU's second leader tackler is gone from the team.

Blocked kicks and safeties were two of JGs four statistics to improve on this year? Now I'm not a football coach, but I'll take an improvement in punt returns and rush defense over blocked kicks and safeties any day of the week. Oddly enough, we're worse off in both of those this season.

Yeah, the thing about safeties was especially curious. Whatever. My body will be at the remaining home games but my mind will be on basketball season.

I just hope that the Viks can run the table at home. If we can go 5-0 at home that would be a big step in the right direction. Especially when we consider how young the vikings are this year.

Yeah, beating EWU and UM this season would give some hope going into next season.

Where in the heck did 'Max the psychic dachshund' come from?

The o line has been way better this year, minus the NAU game. 4.17 sacks per game seems bad, but look at the stats. PSU is 3rd in the country (FCS) in total passes thrown this season, but has played at least one less game than those teams in front of us in that category. So basically, we throw more passes per game than any other FCS team. I wish they had some sort of a sacks per attempt stat.
