What is the general reaction to today's game? I was unhappy with the interceptions, as they seemed to be avoidable. However, I was pleased with the red zone defense and improved pass protection. Hard to understand the non-existant running game and JG's unwillingness to go for it more often on 4th down.

First off, what a great day for football in the Northwest. The weather was perfect and 18th and Salmon was packed with PSU tailgaters.

We threw some pretty bad passes. There were two others that should have been picked, and one would have gone for a score. Good thing it was ISU, the mistakes on offense could have been a killer against a better team.

I think the defense turned a corner. Best performance since Jerry got here. Holding a team to 13 points when we give the ball over on four turnovers is great. I hope we can keep up the improvements on the defensive side of the ball.

That's too bad about Jackson being done for the year. His senior play off the bench will be missed.
