Great win tonight. Nice atmosphere at Hillsboro. Our home is PGE, but this is a nice venue for a year. Great performance on both sides of the ball. I predicted 6-2 in the Big Sky and some thought that was too optimistic, but I definitely think this is possible now.

I couldn't agree more. Look what Kapernack is doing at Nevada. At our level of play, CK is our Kapernack. CK-led offenses have put up 41 and 38 points against FCS opponents (much better than last year).

Where do I start.

I think we need to go back to 2006 to match when we didn't allow a team into the endzone.

Hats off for the defense. Net yards rushing for ISU = three. I realize that they pass a lot, but our defense holds them to three yards?!? Fan-freaking-tastic.

300+ on the ground. Awesome, awesome, awesome.

We need to shore up some play on the corner (not the Shead side) and we'll really be ready on the defensive side of things.

Some negatives...

- Odd timeout management by us in the first half. Two timeouts burned early.

- Penalties. 13 for 147. Not good.

- Corner play (mentioned before).

- Stadium re-entry policy. Really, we can't leave and come back? Not sure if they are required due to where we're playing, but this is flat out stupid. We left our sweatshirts in the vehicle, so I needed to grab them at the half. We ended up having an unused ticket, so I had to use that to get back into the stadium after going to my vehicle. In the process I was behind a guy that was apparently trying to get in with a student ticket that didn't have a student ID. He was turned away, but, come on, we only had 5k+ at the game.

Blowout win. Sure feels good...

So...you have to show your student ID along with your ticket? Or was he trying to get a ticket? Because if they were making him show ID even though he had a ticket, that's ridiculous.

Not sure. I pondered giving him my ticket in exchange for his since I have a student ID.

Also, what in the hell is with our team being on the other side of the field?
