Found it to be very disappointing to see that our ticketing department elected not to do anything related to selling season tickets yesterday at the Killin Dinner. We had some friends in town at their first Killin experience and were interested in purchasing season tickets and were told they weren't doing anything related to season tickets. I don't get it and it's very disappointing.

For those of you who've purchased your seats, what is the best way to go about purchasing them when you work between the hours of 9-5 (same time the ticket office is open)? Email and telephone have not worked up to this point, but they're ready and willing to buy!
