I'm sure that this topic isn't even in the realm of posisblities for the athletic department right now but now is the time do build it. Construction cost are down 20% or more, the lowest they,ve been this decade. Weber State should atleast build something contractors are giving work away,somtimes below cost just to stay busy. Be smart, like UDOT you will save signicantly in the long run. You only have about 1 to 2 years before the cost skyrocket again.
