Injuries

Anyone know anything about any of the injuries we sustained yesterday, as well as all the guys healing up prior to the UNC game.

I know Evan Cook, Renard Williams, and Matt Johnson all went out of the game yesterday. We are really thin at safety and MJ is basically the star of the secondary, that would be a huge loss. Also, Williams is the anchor of the defensive line, we can't afford to lose him either.

Strange, but it doesn't seem like we have had any injuries on the offensive line to speak of.

Anyone got any more info?

Evan Cook = ankle sprain

Yes... high ankle sprain and nagging shoulder issues. Could be done for the season. Hopefully not - but those high ankle sprains take several weeks and lots of p.t. to heal up.

Anyone have any updates on this? Particularly, what's the injury situation with our our defensive line? I thought Renard when out of the UNC game and didn't come back in.
