Well, there are those types of players that put 'playing for a winning program' at the top of the list and of extreme high importance and will not deviate.
But, there are also those types players that have the 'intestinal fortitude' to approach it in a way that appeals to them from the standpoint of believing that their talents(along with others) will help build and improve a team (like a 2 wins in last 2 years team) and will take the utmost pride in knowing that they were a part of that building process while at the same tame having an opportunity to showcase their talent.
They are two different types of characteristics I believe.
