I keep having flashbacks of 2015 these last 4 losses. I have been really frustrated that we cannot score inside the three point arc.

I remember having sky high expectations in 2015 and then our team did not live up to them. Now that I reflect on the numbers, you are right. We are doing much better in 2017 than 2015, but I feel the same this year as I did in 2015. I still hold a sliver of hope that we can win the tournament, but I'm not getting exited.

I get that. Any year we aren't the clear-cut best, it's going to feel crappy. We have high expectations as WSU hoops fans. This year has been more up-and-down for me. I suspected we'd slide a bit after losing Joel. Then we started terribly in non-conference play, so I thought 2015 WAS coming all over again. However, our great start in the Big Sky got me back into high-expectations mode again, before we crumbled in the crucial final five games. All things considered, I'd say we're doing about what I expected right before the season started. We could win it. We could also be one-and-done. There's that much parity in the Big Sky this season.Junctioncat said:
