@ ISU Game Day Thread

D has gotten several key stops and 1 TO... Keep that up and no matter how slow EB3 is to read the field Eag's have this one... Hope someone wakes him up for the second half, could be a good game ;-)

Would putting a 55 or 60 spot help with playoff's selection or is there no way due to only potentially 6 D1 wins?

Not sure, really. Completely destroying our last 4 opponents certainly wouldn’t hurt our cause as it could denote a team peaking at the right time. That said, it’s probably more to do with what happens with bubble teams with similar records losing a game here or there to allow us to sneak in. Still probably a really long shot unless all of the stars really align the right way.

Ok, the penalties are ridiculous at this point. 12 flags for over 100 yards at this point. Totally inexcusable.

Great game EWU!! well, Sact St shoulda lost to NAU. Can't believe NAU lost at home with a 34-24 lead with under 2 min left only to lose 38-34. While Weber pulled out a last second win coming from behind over North Dakota with a fg 30-27..at home.

Maybe the most pedestrian 43 point win over a conference opponent in history.

Idaho State is really, really bad.

Idaho State is really, really bad.

I didn't know style points mattered. 689 yards total offense and a horrible 106 yards in penalties.

Dopa, did you factor in the toughness component?

Really, it reminded a bit of some of those late season games last year where Eastern just kinda wore the opposition out. I could point to some big plays, but it just felt like Eastern was so much better from the opening kick that the team was never in danger. And Idaho State is just awful.
