Looking forward to two intense games this week... I'll be making the trip down tomorrow. Where should I eat in Ogden that is close other than the Training Table?

The Training Table went out of business last Summer... However, there is a great Greek Food restaurant just North of the Training Table location on Harrison Blvd (University Grill, I believe is the name). Good Food! If you don't like Greek, they also serve Mexican. Yeah, I know; it really doesn't make much sense to me either, but its good. Ligori's is decent and the Hugg Hess is okay. They are both located west of the Dee off of Harrison in a strip mall thingy. Those are all the restaurants close by that I would recommend. Oh The Pie! It is located on 42 Street just East of Harrison. Hope that helps ya. Be careful, I guess there is supposed to be a really bad storm.

the pie is great. but only go there if you wanna be around a bunch of weber fans after the game. I'd say the Greek place or Lagori's are the best. there is also a little joint called Time Out with great specialty burgers. That's located on the east side of harrison just past Mckay Dee hospital. And honestly my personal favorite is Burger King! Home of the $1 Rodeo Cheese Burger!

Sorry Timeout is Gone to. The little old Italian dude that owned it retired and moved back to Italy. He did take his WSU memorabilia with him. He was one of the biggest fans. He is sorely missed.

Order of best closest places

1. The Pie
2. University Broiler
3. Big Jims
4. Pita Pit

Pita Pit is far better than Big Jims... but if you are in the mood for burgers go for it, Big Jim's it is, or Jakes Over the Top.

lol

Hey SMJ,

You remember or knew Paul and or Todd from gandolfo's? That thread about Micah Berger...his parents were the owners of NXS which yes is now NX-tinct. Micah was the manager there while he went to WSU. He was known to brag a time or 2 about how he flew to North Carolina to study Sorbet (icecream).

Word even has it he would give the old and moldy food to Bengalhater.

I did now Todd from Gandolfo's. I tried to get his business, but it was all according to franchise agreement. It wouldn't suprise me if Bengalhater was the recipient of the moldy food.

Well Tuffgong, I am glad that you are coming down to the purole palce tonight, and that you have a great list of fine dining experiances in the greater Ogden area, but you had bett er let your buddies know in the big Idaho, that Weber has sold out there buses, and many more of us are driving up to the game. So the Black, and Orange had better bring it on Sat, like Weber will tonight.

Also there is a number of great resurants done on Riverdale road, which is close to the freeway. I suggest Goodwood.

Now SMJ,
It is not nice to make fun, besides moldy food is good because it's free.

Bengalhater...

Word has it you worked for Paul and Todd at Gandolfo's. Is this true? And of the moldy food there?
