ISU-IA State on ESPN360

Let's catch up Sunday and see if things get better, Protoge.

On a positive note, they looked better on offense tonight compared to the first two exhibitions.

it looks like we are going to have to ride Brod's back this year. I hope he doesn't get wore out. I have a feeling he is going to be putting in 35 plus minutes a game easily. Iowa State was tough. I expected more out of Amorrow....... I am sure he isn't happy with himself. Not sure of how many turnovers we had but way too many. I think we have enough athleticism on D to play more man. I know these guys were quick but playing zone can sometimes make guys complacent. They had to many open looks at three. Still excited about the year. I know Brod is still trying to feel what guys do on the floor and the chemistry will improve. Not going to comment about the Offense. I have said my peace on that. We have the players.... not sure what we are missing.. Ohh well. Like Cub says we saw some good things out there and I would have to agree.

I will agree...

the sad thing about many teams is often they play down to their opponent, I think that tends to hamper teams that lack leadership, however it at times hits everyone

we just seem to make it a normal occasion - (D2 and NAIA teams

if we can get some motion and quick hits in the post, Gilchrist game provides real opportunity!!
