Who? What did I miss?
Chad Jeffries the 4th string QB from San Diego State. A 3 star QB coming out of high school, but was not impressive or successful at SDSU. Left SDSU at the end of this season and reportedly committed to UNC a few weeks ago.
Interesting that he is there already since players don't report back to school until next Sunday.

From what I have read in the past at one point he made it to the 2nd spot when Quinn Kahler took over for the Starter Adam Dingwell who played horrible in the Ohio State game. Jeffries traveled with the team so if I'm not mistaken dont they only take 3 Qb's on the road?
Whatever the case may be after finding a highlight film on Youtube we should all welcome him and whatever he learned at SDSU hopefully can help us here.

Oh, I think it's great that there will be some additional competition for QB and am happy he chose UNC. I'm just saying let's not welcome him as the savior just because he was recruited to a Non AQ MWC school. Rubalcaba is a pretty good QB and it's his spot to lose right now.
