Jerry Glanville Radio Show

His weekly bit on KUFO is pretty funny. Jerry is the king of random weird statements off the cuff.

FM radio bits are not everyone's cup of tea, but this is a pretty big deal in my eyes to tap the 18-32 male FM listener that is not a real big fan of sports. The most important thing that he says every week is "get out and support these kids." Now when folks that normally wouldn't notice a PSU advertisement see one, they say "hey, that's the coach of Portland State. They play football on Saturday. I'm going to go and support them and have a good time."

No kidding! I see this as a great promotional tool for PSU. I can't imagine how we could reach this listenership any better. This is lik a minute commercial for PSU!
 
I think anything that gives PSU exposure is a good thing. Glanville has all kinds of media experience, this is an obvious choice for him. Im wondering when the TV show pilot will lead to something on TV, that would be the day.

What time and station does Glanvilles show come on. I would love to listen if it is not too early in the morning. Isn't it on Tuesday?

Couldn't have put it better myself. Perfect targeting for the market PSU should be going after.

It's Tuesdays at 2pm.

KUFO archives the show so you can listen to Glanville's prtion of the show any time after its archived, usually by somtime Wednesday morning.
