I say 3-4 years. I agree that Mouse and JG should and probably will have a role in selecting the next head coach.

I think Mouse will stay longer than Glanville. I hope that Jerry is here for at least five years but I doubt it. Mouse will take over head coaching position after Glanville leaves and will become the Joe Paterno of the West.
