Canzano could have really gone negative in his article. I think he didn't because he sees the potential in the program and Glanville. One thing for sure, things will not be boring in the Glanville era.
I also expected negativity from him as well. I am now an even bigger fan of his than before. I started reading him right after walsh left and he wrote a column on how PSU sports needed to do what it took to get a good sports program or cut it because the current product was a joke.
As an ex player those comments hit home but I agreed with him and respected his candor. I love the Bald Faced Truth as well, he asks tough questions that other hosts would be afraid to ask. I hope he has Glanville on soon.
It's a nice turn around from his previous article but I just take issue with the fact that he seems to feel that they need to clean house of the old athletes before they will have any legitimate success. We have a tun of great players on this team, our offensive stars are starting to really shine. Our defense has never been bit harder by the injury bug otherwise I feel that they would be feeling the same growth and success that our offense is feeling. If Canzano was to say they PSU is really hurting for depth of talent then I would truly agree buy to insinuate in two articles that they need to clean house I think is too strong... but that is how Canzano has made his living.
