booker in his first ever game had 4 carries for 18 yds and a td. was anyone else impressed that saw the game? i think it will be hard to keep him off the field if that is what we can expect from him.

i was very impressed with his quickness and speed. he is small and fast.

He did great, in limited action. He came really close to breaking out for a big gain. He ran the ball well, but what about his hands? Bolen is a good receiving back. Bolen got his foot down on a key reception at the end of the half. Way to screw Weber on that one ACC refs and replay officials.

booker for walter payton....for real, get him in more mac he's legit, 3 yr starter my peeps.

he looks great in the open field but he knows how to run in traffic also......he's a keeper !

Honestly, Weber doesn't have to worry much about the backfield. After Vai, Bolen, and Booker...weber still has more talent.

I really liked the handoffs to the FB's. Eldridge had some really nice carries.

Booker has skills, that's for sure. But he has a problem holding on to the ball. A lost fumble on only 8 carries vs NC. Not acceptable. I spoke with some assistant coaches in the spring and they mentioned that Booker has some issues with this.

Bolen is a great leader for the offense. I think Booker will learn a lot this year from Bolen and Tafuna. He looked great in traffic and in the open. I agree that if he can hold on to the ball he will be a great asset. Booker and Bolen will be tough to deal with for defenses. Higgins is a threat in the air and with our running game this good we could be dangerous. We just need to control turnovers and special teams.
