• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

....are you still alive and kicking?

I caught the Lumberjacks-Mustangs game last weekend on a quick one day trip to Flagstaff. NAU's offense looked pretty good but they struggled a bit on defense. It was an old-school style Big Sky Conference game in which the last team holding the football wins. Good crowd. I expect homecoming to be the same. If things work out, I'll catch at least two more games this season up there....either UC Davis or Southern Utah to go along with EWU?

Saturday, February 14th. Ogden, Utah. Weber State vs. NAU hoops. Be there! I'm working on making this dream (I've wanted to see a game @ the Dee for a while) materialize. You should make a road trip down to Ogden.

I'm still hovering around here and there. Today against NC was embarrassing. What is up with Poe? how many interceptions did he give up? good God, it was painful to watch. I know one thing for sure, we're not making the playoffs.

Anyway, glad to see you actually get the chance to see games in Flag. It's been years since I've seen a live NAU football or basketball game. I live in Walla Walla, Washington so now that the Idaho Vandals have joined the Big Sky, I'm going to make an effort to catch a Saturday basketball game here and there. Going down to Utah just for a game would be pushing it though. I do have family in Pocatello, so perhaps watching a game during the winter holiday season would be a possibility :)

Glad to see you're still around Jack, I do read your commentary on the championshipsubdivision threads from time to time. Way to represent!
