Leach vs Baldwin

WOW every time I see or hear Leach at press conference etc. I REALLY appreciate Beau all the more.
Does that guy have early signs of dementia or something?

He sure didn't earn his paycheck last night. WSU looked woefully unprepared and the head coach (even an offensive guy like Leach) still has to take responsibility for that appalling defense. Physically, WSU is far more comparable with a Big Sky program than a BCS program.

Speaking of comparisons, not a huge fan of Halliday compared to Adams concerning class and team leadership qualities. Halliday's quotes regarding his recievers and line play are often condescending (better to have those conversations off-line instead of in the paper) where Vernon is always quick to give compliments to his teamates and take blame even when blame could rightfully be spread around. His "I don't believe all 11 players thought we could win this" quote is an indictement on him as a leader NOT the other players. He just doesn't seem to be able to inspire the kind of loyalty and confidence that our own Vernon Adams does. It's indeed a great day to be an Eagle!

Wow, just watched the interview and I agree. Halliday came across as very arrogant.

In Friday's Seattle Times, Leach did pretty much put the blame of this loss on he and his coaching staff. Still, I can't stand the dude. Not sure how sincere he was in his comments. he really bothers me, LOL!
