Two have agreed to "mutually part ways" at the end of the season:

Lewis played and coached at ISU.

....Unbelievable......Welcome to the " World of where we accept Mediocrity as Okay".......everyone line up for your participation trophy............ :twocents:

Despite what you think of Lewis’ work in Cincinnati, having two former Bengals coaching in the NFL is a positive for the program. And I know Marvin has supported ISU over the years.

.....sure hoping Marvin can "catch the magic" again for the Bengals....with all the changes happening with his staff he has a chance to shake things up.....was hoping if Dirk had gotten the boot at Tampa Bay that he would have landed with Cincinnati as OC.....but i'm glad Tampa Bay stuck with him....be interesting next year when Tampa Bay visits the Bengals....ISU should get some "good press" that day from the TV announcers....with both head coaches coming out of "ISU" and "Pocatello, Idaho"....have to take some bets that day to see how often it is mentioned.....

In a surprising turn of events for a franchise that seemed destined to part ways with its longtime head coach, the Bengals signed Marvin Lewis a two-year deal through the 2019 season, it was announced Tuesday.

Greatest comeback since Lazarus.

Management/Ownership problem. Team will never amount to anything with the current leadership.

Marvin Lewis may be an admirable person but as the Bengals head coach, he needs to go. What are they thinking in Cincinnati?!
Maybe Buffalo fans sent in a financial donation to keep him on board like they did with Andy Dalton's foundation.
Glad I finally gave up on that team.
