Linfield at Portland State

Kind of getting tired of watching lower division teams at the Stott during preseason, and by the lack of posts on tonight's game, so is everyone else... at least we get to watch them play Walla Walla next.

Only thing I really took from the game was that I think Gary Winston is going to be a player in the future. Seems to be able to knock down the 3 and looks to be a pretty good passer.

Nice to see Ken Bone in the Stott again.

I was booked tonight, so I didn't get a chance to get to the game. Rare for me, but, eh, Linfield?

Mostly looked like a scrimmage from the box score.

It was fun watching the freshman play, I think at one point it was an all freshman on the court. It gives you a look into PSU future. It was also fun watching PSU break a 100 pts.

When we schedule games against the local colleges like Linfield, I wonder why we don't get better crowds. You'd think the Linfield alums living in Portland would love to come to a game at the Stott and not have to drive clear out to McMinnville to see their team.
