NAU is hot coming into this thursday's matchup with Weber, NAU after thier loss to us, has won 5 of thier last 6 and 4 in a row. In thier last 5 wins against Sac, PSU, UNC, MSU and UM they have won by an average of 16.2 points. thier lone loss was a 72-59 loss to an improving EWU in Cheney. NAU now plays 4 of thier last 5 conf games (including Weber this Thurs) on the road.

We really need a rockin Dee on thursday, we need all those students who showed up to the MSU game to come back, we need at least another 6k to show up. This is a crucial game for both Weber and NAU and you know that NAU will be wanting some payback.

Im predicting a Weber win, but it will be much closer than our last 2 games, I'm predicting a 5 point win. 68-63

Lets go Wildcat fans, lets pack the Dee and support our WILDCATS

Weber State Weber State Great Great Great

I agree, this game is going to be a hard fought game. NAU is hot, Cam Jones has been tearing it up. But playing at the Dee is always tough for our conference foes, we have won what 18 straight conference games. Plus we ended the top two teams win streaks so another will end with the game. With that being said, Weber will walk out victorious with a seven point advantage.

Weber State on a Lindsey Hughey last second, falling head over heels into the first row three point shot. Again. NAU misses 14 free throws in the contest but hits seven 3 pointers and plays solid defense. Still loses by one point. The last remnants of Coach Adras' hair exit stage left. Son of a ....

NAU has as good a shot as winning in Ogden as ever with this year's team. But that certainly doesn't happen often. It's been proven tough for anyone to win on the road this year in the Big Sky. This road trip will please me if it ends 1-1. The Bengals, for all of their troubles, are no slouches at home.

Looking forward to Big Sky tv on Thursday night.

Love it!! Great post!! Adras, aka Baldy, and his antics are my favorite. He is more fun to watch than Tinkle. I can't wait for tomorrow night. Weber is playing pretty well right now. I still think there is a lot of room for improvement, but the Cats are heading in the right direction. Weber will need to keep the inside/out game going for them to be successful against the Jacks.

This should be a pretty physical game. We've played alot more physical the last 3 games, NAU looked like they were pushing Montana around pretty good as well.
Johannsen and Morris coming off of career bests will be a good matchup.

If NAU gets hot from outside they will be dangerous
Rogers 47% behind the arc
Jones 54% behind the arc
Platt can really stretch the defense shooting 44% from 3 pt.
Johannsen 74% Field Goal%

All four of these guys are averaging double figures.

Should be a good one tomorrow night.

Joe Obrien is the dorkiest coach ever.

Greetings, kind WSU alums/fans.

As is the case with many people in the current times, I cannot pass up the opportunity to earn some extra dough and accepted an extra shift this evening. Therefore, no bigskytv game or Mitch Strohman on internet radio for me. :(

I hope to be able to banter here and there and would truly appreciate the occasional update/score/rant.

This blows goats as this rivalry game is always one of my favorites. Que sera, sera.

Go Jacks!
