• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Sacramento State's bigs look promising. I'm calling a Big Sky Conference playoff bid for the Hornets this year. The rest of the conference is down and this Hornets team is improved. Don't give up, Hornets faithful.

That was some atrocious free throw shooting on the Hornets part, though.

Here's Joe Craven's (old WSU coach) exaggerated message to a Big Sky Conference ref in regards to moving screens. Fun stuff.

Dancin' Joe, oh good times

  • • FT’s: 8/21, 38.1% - Notables are Veteto (1/6) and “shooting” guard Carbajal (1/4) With about 10 days off, it looks like very few Hornets bothered to work on their FT shooting.
    • 3’s: 4/16, 25.0% - I think pretty much all of these were made during the final desperate minutes of the game. Perimeter shooting was very poor last night.

Did anyone else hear Steve say during the broadcast last night that Walter Jackson was likely off the team and won't be returning?

I believe he said that he was off the team because of a "personal situation" or something along those lines. I know he did some traveling earlier in the year due to a death in the family. But they way Steve framed his description, it sounded like this departure was due to something negative, not a family situation.

Just what we need, to lose our most athletic player going into BSC!
