M: @ North Dakota & Northern Colorado

All good.

hornets fought hard tonight to get back in the game at the end.

Coming home to face Idaho and Eastern Wah. and a shot at getting back on top of the Big Sky standings.

Splitting on the road is good. And Sac State accomplished this.

Sac State Pride!!

Idaho and Eastern Washington are playing right now and will come to Hornet Gym either 3-0 or 2-1. The Hornets are now 3-1 and can climb back on top in the Big Sky with wins over these teams

Congrats to the Hornets on a split on this long road trip to North Dakota and N. Colorado.

Defend home court Hornets next week!!

Sac State Pride.

Idaho goes down to EWU by 3 at home.

So EWU is 3-0 as the only Big Sky team undefeated. Idaho is now 2-1.

Sac State is 3-1 and in 2nd place right now with Idaho coming to Hornet Gym next Thursday as their first road Big Sky game since rejoining the conference after many years. Hope to see Hornet Gym packed for this upcoming home stand for our Hornets.

Best of luck against the Vandals who have come back to the Big Sky and the league leading EWU Eagles.

This is our time Hornets, our year and protect home court. And may our home court be filled to capacity this coming week. It is time that tiny Hornet Gym sells out for our great team.

Sac State Pride.

Well we didn't get the sweep...hard to beat a team that shoots over 80% in the second half (our defense wasn't as good as it has been)...time to get back on the horse and ride....have to own the Nest next week....kind of early for a must win but we really need to sweep next week. I said I'd take a split but it doesn't feel any good so I guess I was wrong.

84-73 Hornet loss. Too bad, but the Hornets lost to a solid team that shot the ball extremely well. The Hornets did show up and played hard so there is something to take away from this game. I'll take a split on a road trip as a good thing.

Hornets now have a crucial pair of home games in what as of now looks to be the toughest home stand of the season against a very good Idaho and the best team in the BSC in EWU.
