Make Your Conference Record Prediction Now....

The Big Sky Conference games are starting about three weeks earlier this year. It looks like the league is stronger this season. That may mean another long year for the Hornets though, even though we are better than last year.

I'm predicting a 4-12 conference record for the Hornets. And, I believe Northern Colorado will host the playoffs. I think they have the best coach in the Big Sky, which is a huge plus in all the tight games that are played in this league.

Split UM/WSU.
Swept by MSU/UNC.

Super Hornet,

I like how this teaming is playing but you are out of your mind with this prediction! They still lack enough players that can contribute on the offensive end, at this point they're only averaging slighly more than 60 points per game. They also seem to turn the ball over to often, last night they had 23 turnovers!

The conference is going to be tough this year - Montana has beaten Oregon, Portland St just knocked off #25 Portland, Weber beat Utah, and UNC is still undefeated.

I predict they'll be in most games, but only manage 6-10.

Sweep:
E. Washington

Split:
Idaho St
Portland
NAU
MSU

Swept by:
WSU
Montana
UNC

I really hope I'm wrong and this team finds a way to 8-8 in the BSC!!

But I am happy with how the team has played so far this year, great progress over last year. Dickson and Toles Bey have been great additions. Katz just needs a couple more recruiting classes to add the talent necessary to compete for a conference championship.

Have to agree with Super Hornet on this one. PSU over Portland, Weber over Utah, the conference is much improved,If we get to 12 wins, that would be a big improvement. Glad that we own Cow Dung though. That in and of itself is a good start to the season. Would love to see us knock off University of Spoiled Children.

I hate to be Mr. Negativo again, but I think 4-12 might be what we're looking at. And really, that's better than I originally thought.
