PSU athletics making strides in the Portland sports scene. OLive published the STATS preseason FCS football poll (no, PSU is not on it, but it is there).

Also, I've been hearing on 102.9 TheGame, they have been advertising their extensive football coverage and specifically saying "whether you follow the Ducks, Beavers or Vikings".
