According to the Greeley Trib. We have non-conference games against NMSU, N. Iowa, Iowa State, Marquette and CSU. I like the schedule and we will have a target on our backs this year.

Is DU too good to play us anymore?

We play DU still. It's a pretty good schedule to start the Next Era ...

Thanks, guys.

Love the ESPN Bracket Busters game near the end of the season. Is that a sure thing (what if we fall back to the middle of the Big Sky standings)?

It's guaranteed. It might not actually be on ESPN or its family of networks (like last year vs. New Mexico St.), but it's a guaranteed home game against decent-to-high-quality midmajor program.

We'll see.

That's unfortunate that the CSU game is so late in December. Not only will the students be gone, but with the game being on the 22nd, I would think many locals would be out on Holiday vacations with their family.. but what can ya do?

Like the schedule... a good mix of solid road and home games. It is tough for Big Sky teams to get decent opponents at home, so getting New Mexico St, Denver, and CSU at home is pretty solid. Like the road games too, solid opponents, and good matchups for the Bears.

I had some of the same thoughts, but then saw CSU's schedule. With blocking out their dates for the NIT Season Tip-Off tourney, that really put them into a tight timeframe. However, UNC-CSU was only a few days earlier last year--they went to DIA immediately after the game for their trek to Cancun, while UNC left for the ULM game early the next morning.
