(Merged) Webcast for USD / Game Thread

All's not lost. But we gotta win 7 of the remaining nine games. Daunting task, to be sure, but we can do it. We have done it before, and we have the leaders to do it, should they choose to show it.

But definitely time to do some serious soul-searching after this one.
 
Its all good. Conference play starts next saturday. Hopefuly they will destroy Montana. That is always a good time to see the Eagles beat the Grizz. I married into the Grizz family. A victory over the Grizz is extra sweet.
 
Definetly a letdown. No focus, poor tackling, no blocking and no magic ! This isnt lasy year boys and you got a BIG bullseye on your back. When its all said and done this team could be O for September before it finally plays Northern Colorado and is favored again ! Jump on the band wagon I think not but without a more spirited effort from here on in the only wagon we'll be on is the being circled by the rest of the BSC !

So you have us losing to Montana, Montana State, and Weber too or is October 1st now a part of September? ;)
 
You know what Chris, I thought we were a much more mature team this year with great senior leadership and a passion to prove its not a one and done phenomenon ! I hope I'm not reading to much into 2 games however the way we responded after the UW game I'm not so sure these guys haven't been reading to much press and thought the could just show up for the W ! The talent is there but is the passion ? It was a magical season last year that happens maybe once in a college players career, to think they could repeat and maintain that magic was very premature. That being said, not all is lost if we can somehow pull a rabbit out of the hat and win these next to games. I remember last year leaving it all on the field for the Montana game and having nothing left for MSU, second worst perfomance up until yesterday ! Being a realist, its not out off the realm of possilbilty to get smoked in Mizzoula and have another subpar preformance for MSU which would be O for Sept ! These boys better get it fixed or our unveiling that NC flag will be a laugher if were 0 and 3 come game time ! I do have a vested interest in this season and failure to make the playoffs does not sit well with me !!! Just a little more than dissapointed with my son and the teams whole preformance ! We are better than this !!! GOEAGS !!
