Montana to Montana?

I'm not worried, if he were any good he'd be starting at Notre Dame and not 3rd or possibly even 4th on the depth chart. He may be the son of Joe, but he is absolutely nothing like him on the field.
 
I agree aside from the name this is not a big deal. Nate was a backup at ND and apparently was also a backup at the JC he went to. His choice probably reflects more on Montana's open QB position and a chance to start than anything else. I am pretty sure he would have been deep on the depth chart at QB had he come to Sac State.

I agree.

He's mediocre at best and the only reason he was given a shot at ND was because of who his father is. I'm sure eFizz is excited about this, if nothing else, for the exposure this transfer has brought to their program. :coffee:
 
This is old news, HH. And many Griz fans figure Montana Jr wasn't going to get much PT anyways.

It's essentially a non-issue.
