NAU Game Day Thread

We are so spoiled. NAU is completely dismantled without Cookus. If Gage went down we would be just fine. If our backup went out, we would still be find. If our backups backup went out, we would probably still be fine.
 
Watched most of the CP v Griz game today and didn't see where either of those teams matched up to the Eags either. Get and stay healthy, continue to focus and this year could be very special. GG needs to grow as a QB faster to get us there.
 
I'm not worried about GG. He's already shown that he can play with the best teams in the country. He just needs to take care of the ball a little better, which he has down in this game.

No, we are playing exactly as we want to and should play. NAU is chunking the field with 5 minutes left while three touchdowns down. They only have one timeout left. We want them to burn a lot of time to get downfield. We have a buffer, we are going to use it.

If Cookus was in NAU would be taking big shots every play. But without him, the lumberjack offense has lost its axe. Their plays eat up the clock. This game is ours.
