• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

NAU @ Sac State

73-59 final. The Hornets choked away their possible 10th victory this season after blowing a 12 point lead in the first half. It was the typical story from the Hornets, poor shooting, terrible FT's and a lack of focus that led to their downfall. Hopefully Katz can find a way to fix this in the off season.

Don't give up on your team. I've been an NAU fan since I was a kid in the late 1980s. Their basketball team was downright atrocious when I first lived up there. Ben Howland got hired and had a few rough first seasons then turned it around. They've been competitive most years since Howland left and Adras took over the reins but I know it's a fine line between success and failure. I've enjoyed the limited success the Lumberjacks have had. I know the tide can turn in an instant. But win or lose, I still follow em when I can.

Enjoyed chatting bball. Best of luck.

Best of luck to you too MtJ. I haven't given up on them and never will, just frustrated that they have been making the same mistakes game after game which always comes around to cost them. Also disappointed in that it doesn't noticeably appear that the coaches are addressing the issues that are costing them. For now I am going to assume it is the lack of talent on the roster that makes it seem like that is the case.
