• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

NAU

I agree with the assessment that our approach to breaking the press is all wrong. At times we make it look like that is our Achilles Heel. We have too much athleticism to have this happen time and time again. After watching how we handled the press at the NAU game we should expect to see a lot of presses the rest of the season. I can't believe we are having such a hard time with this, After watching the last home stand,I saw way too many times that we got the ball up court to about 5 or 10 feet from the time line and just stood there when it would have been so easy to just dribble it across. It looked like we were afraid of getting double teamed.
I say BOLDLY GO WHERE NO WEEBCAT HAS GONE BEFORE and dare teams to double us. We will always have someone open when that happens. This is no place for timidity. We need to make breaking the press look easy and we would not be seeing it as often as we have so far this season.
All that being said, I am excited too see us finally gel and show the toughness it takes to gut out the tough wins. Press Breakers and Game Shakers! Gooooo Wildcats.

It must not be in the play call cards  Comeon coaches! Make up a new card on breaking the press!!! Get it corrected!
