FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. -- Northern Arizona guard Cameron Jones has declared for the NBA draft.

But Jones says he won't hire an agent. He could withdraw his name by the May 8 deadline and return for his senior season with the Lumberjacks.

Jones is a two-time all-Big Sky Conference selection. He averaged a team-best 19.3 points last season.

Jones announced his decision on Friday

Hope to see Cameron Jones back in Flagstaff next year. If not, I can understand the allure and thank him for his hard play the last few years.

+ 1, dbackjon.

WSU, UM and PSU all lost some key players. UNC has a new coaching staff. I see no one completely dominant team next season.

I was sad to see Reid Wallace leave but I understand the pull to get more minutes, be closer to home or just wanting to be somewhere else. As a fan, I'll miss his presence as a 3 point threat.

The Lumberjacks should be in the thick of things, regardless.
