Nebraska-Omaha going D-I (Dropping football)

As mentioned by Troy during the coaches show last night and reported on ESPN today, UNO is dropping football and going D-I. For those of us that watched their football team battle us year in and year out, this is sad news. They were a really good D-II football team in the 90's and I am sad to see that go away. That being said, them going to the Horizon league in Basketball would give us another fairly close non-conference team to play, one we have a history with.

Their gym reminds me a lot of Butler:

Yeah it's actually the Summit League they are going to with ND State, SD State, Iupui, IPFW, UMKC, etc.
