This article states that PSU is building a second SBA building to be located at SW Park and SW Market. Would that mean that the student housing building (Stratford, I think) would be taken down? (Please let it be so!) If you read the print edition, the article also states that $5 million of the necessary $30 million in private funding has already been raised.

Great news!

Renderings have been released. Looks like this would go where the School of Extended Studies building and Parkway apartments are now located.
