New Cornerback - Rashad Wadood

I think Tucker is out this year with a knee injury.

Hope that's not correct. On another note, judging from Rashad's tweets, it looks like he's quite happy to be an Eagle. Maybe his brother eill change his mind and decommit from UCLA.

As far as the "D" Line goes, 5th year senior Zylsrta at 6"5 is up to 290 now, he will be a BEAST. No concerns here.

Agreed, no real concerns with Zystra or Sommer, although past our starters on the interior of the defensive line I'm not sure there's a lot of depth there. I think the concern is valid at this point.

Anyone know if there any 7-7's scheduled? When would Rashad be eligible to participate in team activities officially or otherwise?

Does anyone have an update on Evan Day? How's his rehab going?

Zackary Johnson got a lot better over the season. I think he'll compete for a starting job.

Andre Lino and a few real big boys from this past recruiting class

As soon as he's enrolled. Technically 7 on 7's are student scheduled events and not official practices, so I'd assume there'd be no problems with him participating in those assuming there's some scheduled. All of that is organized by the players, though. There's nothing "official" until summer camp starts as far as I know.

I think he plays on the end.

They are conducting 7 on 7's on Mondays and Wednesdays at 2pm.

I guess the new strength and conditioning coach is really kicking the boys butts on Thursdays, speed, agility, and endurance work.

I guess this guy wasn't good enough to start at ASU?

From what I understand, he won the starting job this spring, but he had issues with the coaching staff.

Just a sarcastic response to some comments in another thread which stated none of Sam's transfers were good enough to play on their former teams.

No, no. There is a HUGE difference here. Rashad Wadood was actually good enough to play as a true freshman. Your transfers were bench warmers.

Quoted for truth.
