Like the new look. For many reasons in addition to making Sac State more unigue from the other BSC green schools...Portland State and Cal Poly.
And a fan of our Hornets having as much of our school colors in their uniforms...green and gold. Have not seen much of our gold in recent years.

Yeah, I've been wondering why we haven't had any gold trim on our uniforms since Sperbeck came here; he must not like gold is what I was thinking unless it has something to do with that Green Army promotion with One Team, Go Green push. We need more gold tho on the uni's. I'll ask the associate AD why there isn't any gold trim, the next time I see him.

I always assumed it was because Cal Poly has the same exact color scheme/helmet and it was so we didn't look exactly like them. Not to mention another Cal State school, Humboldt, is the same as well. Three Cali football schools within short distance all looking exactly the same....I figured Sperbeck wanted to stand out. That's why I always liked the gold helmets, they were the main difference with Poly, and why I dig the white.
