I saw that, too. There was an article in the PSU Vanguard discussing the same issues. PSU needs to ramp things up and accommodate any and all ticket requests in order to take advantage of all the recent publicity. Mariani seems to think that doubling last year's average attendance is not out of the question for next season.

In the what-the-heck department, Jerry Glanville requested — and received — permission to interview June Jones for a job on the Portland State coaching staff.
Jones declined the offer, but ended up treating Glanville and Mouse Davis to lunch — which might have been Glanville's ultimate intention.
Glanville would have had a better shot if he didn't offer Jones the job as receivers coach.

After Mouse accepts the job as PSU's offensive coordinator, there are several scenarios under consideration. In one, Darryl Sims, a former NFL first-round pick and Oakland Raider assistant coach, would join the UH staff.

Your right it won't be a blow out, I'm sure Hawaii will keep close for at least a half. lol Hopefully it is after Colt is gone, and the memory of what JG did for that defense. Then CSU might have a chance!

I will admit CSU has won 6 of the last 8 games in the series.

Jerry Glanville will be the fan (1080 am) this afternoon. Not sure of the exact time. Heard about it on the radio yesterday, hopefully, I'll be able to listen to it. Also received my season ticket info. yesterday in the mail. Can't wait for the upcoming season.

He's on now. Very intertaining. Said that he was skeptical of taking the job after the first day of interviews, but that he really changed his mind over the next couple of days.
