I hear that the Bengal have 2 transfers in
JC DT Nikko Taylor
Kyle Leblanc DB http://www.hudl.com/athlete/2033115/kyle-leblanc" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Also

Good Additions :thumb:

LeBlanc and Simmons are high school seniors who graduated early and will participate in spring ball? Or did I misread your post.

TURNER SIMMONS was 2014 graduate, meaning last years class and looks to be a walk on. LaBlanc is a transfer a redshirt freshman transfer from Nevada.

LeBlanc's Nevada bio:

Jon Ryheem Peoples (BYU) and Khalil Bell (BYU) are both showing up in the student directory at Idaho State. I would assume that they are both eligible and could possibly be members of this years recruiting class. If they are not part of this class, then at the very least ISU appears to have the two kids that we were all asking about last year.

I was walking through Holt Arena the other day to look at some of the farm equipment exhibits and went to say hi to one of the coaches. Saw a list of Spring 2015 walk ons. I took a note of who is on the list. I am trying to research to see what there is on talent. I'll post it as I gather.

I'm verifying they are on the student directory before posting:

First two on the Spring 2015 Walk on list:

more to come...

I finally took some time to go over the videos and saw 2-4 that could be invited to participate in Spring practice.

Likes: (no particular order)

Turner Simmons- Good height, used his body well going up for the ball, ran after the catch nicely.

Nolan Cook- Nice power runner (was fun to watch), hard to tackle, would like to see more film of him on defense, has that size to be power running back or MLB.

Alex Swainson-good athlete, did it all, punt, kick, pass. At the small school level he had to athleticness to be able to do all.

Calvin Weber- Another power runner, not as much film to watch as Cook. But, do their running style fit with the Bengal offense?

Turner is the one that I met at ISU when he was there for an official visit back in November. So if he was on an official visit, then wouldn't he be offered a full, or a partial, or at least be a preferred walk-on?

You guys should be excited about some of the guys coming in from the state of Washington in this upcoming class. Both Kvinsland and Reynolds are outstanding looking prospects for this level.

I did hear from a reliable source that the jc qb from Scottsdale Michael sanders was on a visit yesterday. No word yet if he has committed but he appears to be leaning towards coming here. I personally think that it would be great for the program. The guy is a stud. I would love to watch him as a Bengal next year. It would give our young guys a few more years to develope.

Up, if Sanders commits to ISU then he'll compete for the job. No one that comes to ISU is automatically given the starting job. They have to go out and earn it. But he's probably got as good of a chance as the rest of them.
