ISU basketball tweeted today that they have a commitment from a recruit for next year's team. They are expecting a release soon. That would be scholarship player No. 12.

Moved around a lot as a kid, played his senior year at Middleton, where he was SIC 4a player of the year. Led his team in scoring, rebounding, steals and assists. Good all around numbers last year at Big Bend: 45 percent from the field, 79 free throw, averaged 4.5 assists and 5.5 rebounds, almost 14 ppg. Only negative is 29 percent from 3. Looks like a 2-3, should provide some nice depth. Video shows some decent athleticism .

My understanding is Liggins is a walk on. I believe the new commit is a foreign kid. I might be wrong though.

The Idaho State men's basketball team has added Balint Moscan, a 6-5 wing from Hungary. Moscan has been playing for the U-20 Hungary national team and he recently scored 20 points against the Czech Republic.
