New Senior Associate AD Hired

I’ve known Orr since he was at St. Mary’s and because of what I know I did not want him hired here. I find it troubling that our administration felt compelled to hire someone to come in and do the jobs that Orr campaigned as his strengths during his hiring process.

The issue I have is the amount of time it took to get someone on staff who's main focus/experience is fundraising/facility improvement. There are other associate AD's on staff that have some experience but are obviously not getting the job done and/or aren't assigned solely to that task. Facility improvements has been Orr's biggest shortcoming.
