looks really nice; the field turf makes the stadium look much better. unfortunately, it doesn't show up well on TV (or WebTV). yesterday, the visitors side was empty and it looked bad. it would be nice not to have the track, but, that's a big draw.

complex has gotten nicer and nicer over the past couple of years. like to see you guys start filling it up!

I must say that the Well encloses Hornet Stadium quite nicely. I can’t imagine how good it would look with a new stadium.

Last year during Causeway, the sound was even louder because of the enclosure of both the Broad and now the Rec Center. If it gets filled, it gets loud!

Nice pictures! Hornet Stadium is very similar to Nevada Reno's Makay Stadium. They both were built in the 1960s when both schools were in the old Far Western Conference. Their expansion has brought capacity from 4,500 to 29,000. The sides are similar, they also have added an additional deck on the visitors side. They also have end zone seating similar to what we had when the CFL or World League played here. The most glaring difference is the press box and suites which I understand is in our plans when we rebuild the west stands.

My step-dad is saying "Bring it on!" so he can have ocean-front property. I told him he'd have it on the East side, but he doesn't care.
