• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Next Season? Who will be back? What will we look like?

I believe that the vast majority of Wildcat fans appreciate the great value we have in Randy Rahe and his staff. He is a very good coach who is developing into a great coach. Yes, he is developing just like the players are. This year was difficult for a variety of reasons. I feel that everyone involved has learned from the experience and corrections will be made, improvements will be made, and the program will be right back on track next year. There are always people who will run other people down to make themselves seem more important than they really are. To me, they become part of the problem. I choose to ignore them and stand on the side of the solution. It is my opinion that if you are not willing to be part of the solution, then you are part of the problem.

I stand 100% behind our program. That includes our coaches and our players. :twocents: :twocents: :twocents:

After reading the coaches interview in the Standard this morning, I was left with mixed feelings. I know that coaches must always paint the most positive picture possible for their programs sake, and to protect the individuals within the program. I also know that a reporter who goes after, and prints negative things will not be invited in for an interview again. It's a fine line that both parties walk. The result of that dynamic is that we fans get fed a lot of coach speak. As frustrating as it might be, that will likely never change.

I still expect to see a lot of changes made for next year. I think that the losing hurts everyone involved more than they will say in public. :coffee:

 Hope so...article with vanilla coach speak, to be expected...can't expect Coach Rahe to say "Hey frustrated Wildcat fans, BITE ME!"
