NFL Draft

I think there's a 50/50 chance of at least Cyrus, Ray Navar, Tony Washington, or Brannon getting picked up in the final round...

I've seen Cyrus projected as a 7th round to UDFA pick, but the one below is the first I've seen touting T-Dub...

Well no Sac State players were drafted this year. No surprise seeing as this was considered one of the weakest NFL draft classes in years. Notable draft picks were Cal Poly WR Ramses Barden in round 3 and the only Big Sky player to be drafted: Weber State LB JD Folsom in round 7.

It will be interesting to see where/if the Sac State standouts get signed on as free agents.

There was a kid out of Lodi-Jim Elliot that was projected for the later rounds (coming out of Azusa Pacific, I believe), but I don't know if he was actually snatched up. I didn't get to watch the draft as I don't have cable anymore....

But you obviously have access to the internet.....

Don’t cry about not having cable. You should be happy that you are no longer getting bent over a barrel by the cable company. I got rig of my cable almost a year ago and just picked up a basic internet service. I realized between work, the bar, and the weather that there were not too many channels that I was watching. I just picked up an HD-TV antenna to complement my HD-TV and now I get free HD network programming.

And like SHA said, you have the internet, which is really all anyone needs with websites like Hulu around.
:)

Lodian Jon Davis (Azusa Pacific) was not drafted and was not offered a FA contract on draft day. His agent was speculating in Monday's paper that the 'Aints were interested, but I haven't heard anything about that yet.

BTW, my only 'net access is at the library, limited to an hour a day and sometimes not even that.
