"We need them to come out and support us -- we love it when they are here," pleaded Baldwin. "The fans that were here against North Dakota State were awesome. I usually don't pay any attention to it, but I felt the noise when we were on defense and in the overtime. The more the merrier -- it's going to help us. When you get into this situation the home-field advantage becomes huge in the playoffs."
Perhaps it was the heat of the moment, perhaps an influx of non-typical Eagle fans but did anyone else notice this? A majority of Eastern fans not sitting in the student section actually got on their feet for a few of the plays.
If you are disabled or otherwise incapable of frequently standing up - you are forgiven. Otherwise, feel free to stand up for all defensive plays but, starting from the very first series, on third and fourth down you have to be up and making noise to the point it hurts.
On offense, shhhhhhhhhhhh.
That is all.
